(the "Company") announced today that it has scheduled a conference call for its current bondholders to be held on Friday, November 22, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. Central (10:00 a.m. Eastern) to discuss its financial results for the third quarter of 2013. The Company filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2013 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on November 13, 2013.

Alon Refining Krotz Springs, Inc., a subsidiary of Alon USA Energy, Inc. ALJ, owns and operates a high conversion crude oil refinery in Krotz Springs, Louisiana with a crude oil throughput capacity of approximately 74,000 barrels per day. The Krotz Springs refinery is located on the Atchafalaya River with direct access to the Colonial products pipeline and the Exxon crude system and services markets in the Southern and Eastern United States. The Krotz Springs refinery has been designated an OSHA VPP Star-certified location since 2003.
