Thirty-nine floats lead the parade that celebrated movies from around the world. While the event is energetic and can oftentimes seem crazy, the local authorities are constantly on hand to keep the revelers and onlookers safe. State police, the Navy of Mexico, Civil protection, Firefighters, and Red Cross workers were all on hand to ensure the event was a safe and fun time for everyone.
