New book, ‘Life Happens,' provides hope for those in hardship

Montreal (PRWEB) February 20, 2013

Health, meditation, yoga, vegetarianism, and simple living define how Nathalie Brisebois conquered her chronic illness in her debut novel, “Life Happens” (published by iUniverse).

“This book is about hope, about knowing that there are solutions to your problems and that if you are willing to invest a minimum of effort and time and have some discipline, you can get out of almost anything,” explains Brisebois.

Filled with tips, suggestions, and ideas for living with and battling a chronic illness, “Life Happens” communicates a message of inspiration and hope, of looking for what you want in life, of never giving up, and of finding and being at peace with your life.

“Our society is living through higher and higher periods of stress. As a result, people are found to be sick with chronic illness more often and at younger ages. This is not normal and there are ways to correct this situation.” Through personal experience, Brisebois gives hope to those with chronic illnesses or those who know someone with an illness, to regain health and achieve a high quality of life.
