The American Deposit Management Co. (ADM), a pioneer and leader in the financial services industry, today announced that it has added Brantly Chappell as its new Executive Vice President.

Mr. Chappell brings over 35 years of extensive bank management and regulatory experience to ADM, whose mission is to assist financial institutions around the country in liabilities management and optimal funding solutions. “Brant's enthusiasm and experience is a great fit for the team at ADM," said Keith Pollek, President & CEO Fox River State Bank. "Having known him for many years, I was excited to hear that he joined a firm that is highly-regarded in the Wisconsin banking community," Pollek continued. ADM currently works with partner financial institutions in nine states and large depositors throughout the Midwest.

Chappell, a 35-year veteran of the financial services industry, has held numerous leadership positions including Corporate Banking Division Manager and Executive Vice President at Bank One Wisconsin and most recently served as a Chief Executive Officer of a $1 billion Wisconsin community bank. "Brant is an enormous asset to the ADM team," said Kelly A. Brown, Co-Managing Partner and Founder at ADM. "His executive leadership, commercial banking, and regulatory experience will provide a resource for many of the financial institutions we work with. The addition of Brant to our team will allow us to elevate our product and service offerings to the next level."

Brant holds his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and has graduate degrees from Northwestern University-Kellogg School of Management and the Prochnow Graduate School of Banking. He has worked with numerous civic and local organizations including the American Red Cross, American Lung Association and United Way. Additionally, Brant has served as Board President of the Wisconsin Humane Society and was Director and President of the Lake Geneva Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce Board. The Wisconsin Bankers Association has also been an important organization to Brant as he served as a Board Member and Chair of the WBA Audit and Finance Committee. "Brant has been in the banking industry for many years and is highly regarded", said Karl Ostby, Managing Director at Clark Street Capital Management in Chicago. "His experience will be valuable to many of the financial institutions that work with ADM", he continued.

"It is exciting to be part of a nationally-recognized, award-winning financial services company in Wisconsin. I am confident that the addition of my experience to this dynamic leadership team will help ADM to continue its unprecedented growth,” said Chappell. “Our products and services offerings will continue to define the role of ADM in supporting community banks and credit unions in a time when it is needed most.”
