Ten Fast Feet Announces 'Leg Up' Initiative to Nashville Startup Community

Initiative will award one startup with business planning and design services worth up to $20K

Ten Fast Feet, an interactive marketing agency, announces its inaugural “Leg Up” initiative for the startup community in the greater Nashville area.

Through the initiative, the agency will be awarding one startup up to $20,000 worth of user interface and experience design, along with business logic and development planning.

“The goal of ‘Leg Up' is to provide startups with what they often lack – high end UI/UX that sells their business,” said John Maddox, chief marketing officer and co-founder of Ten Fast Feet. “Startups generally shortcut what is arguably the most valuable aspect of their brand.”

Submissions for the initiative will be accepted starting today, Feb. 4, and continue through 11:59 p.m. CT Feb. 28. A completed submission will include a video pitch, a written summary of the business model, and links to any existing website(s).

Five finalists will be chosen by the Ten Fast Feet team and announced to the public on March 11. Fans of those five selected startups will ultimately choose the winner of the initiative through social media voting. Votes will be tallied through March 24, and one winner will be announced shortly thereafter.

The winner will then have the opportunity to work with the Ten Fast Feet team on business planning and design.
