Gleacher & Company, Inc. GLCH today announced that it has closed the sale of substantially all of the assets of its ClearPoint subsidiary to Homeward Residential, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Ocwen Financial Corporation OCN pursuant to an agreement previously announced.
