Marathon Petroleum Corporation Announces 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

FINDLAY, Ohio, Jan. 31, 2013 - Marathon Petroleum Corporation MPC announced today that its 2013 annual meeting of stockholders will be held at the company's headquarters in Findlay, Ohio, on April 24, 2013.

In addition, the company announced that Feb. 25, 2013, has been fixed as the record date for determination of the stockholders of the company entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the annual meeting.
