PNI Digital Media Sets Fiscal 2012 Year End and Fourth Quarter Conference Call for January 7th at 4:30p.m. ET

Further to the Company's news release of December 12, 2012, the Company confirms that it has, with the assistance of independent counsel, completed a review of certain payments aggregating $208,000 made to a supplier to the Company. The review confirmed that the payments were made for appropriate business purposes in connection with the launch of new business initiatives.
