DrivingRecord.net a premier provider of Instant Driving Records, has updated their web site and end user agreements to stay current with ongoing Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requirements.

(PRWEB) December 28, 2012

Effective January 1, 2013, three forms required under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) have been updated. TR Information Services and DrivingRecord.net has updated its website with the new forms. “These forms include the updated FCRA information, pre-adverse action, adverse action and consumer copy forms.” said Todd Mayers, Marketing Manager.

The 3 newly issued forms are:
1 - Summary of Consumer Rights under the FCRA
2 - Notice to Users of Consumer Reports
3 - Notice to Furnishers of Information of their Obligations under the FCRA

The changes in these forms are minor but beginning January 1, 2013 the old versions of these forms will no longer be acceptable.

DrivingRecord.net has also added a compliance page to their web site with 4 simple steps to make sure that you are in compliance with the FCRA. Clients can go to http://www.drivingrecord.net to access the new forms.
