Keep track of all online orders and shipment dates as well as when the package should arrive and what should be in it.

Remember, if a package has gone missing the first step is to call the delivery provider and request a shipment update. If the delivery was confirmed by the post office, UPS or FedEx and the package hasn't been received, the next step is to call the company and report the items missing. Some companies will understand and reship the contents. Others will open a claim on the package.
