V-Rooms Virtual Data Rooms launches V-Rooms Pro.

V-Rooms™ today announced the release of V-Rooms Pro, which updates the V-Rooms virtual deal room platform to allow individuals to access multiple projects with one account and username. V-Rooms Pro also offers several other features and improvements to security, performance, and the administrative and user interfaces.

V-Rooms Pro includes a flexible Batch Download option controlled by a data room's administrator, which gives a user the ability to download multiple files or the entire contents of a data room folder to be viewed offline and on a local computer. Virtual Data Room administrators also gain the ability to create default login information emails and customize email notification delivery schedules. Administrators can also now use additional security settings, such as being able to force password changes for individual users or to lock out inactive users who have not logged into the data room in a set amount of days. The administrative and user interfaces in V-Rooms Pro now incorporate new grid screens that offer multi-select and expansion capabilities for cleaner and faster access to information.

V-Rooms Pro will be unveiled at 2013 AM&AA Winter Conference, A World of Opportunity, in Miami, FL, in January, but current clients are able to register for V-Rooms Pro Beta Version now.
