Choice Hotels International Declares Cash Dividend of $0.185

SILVER SPRING, Md., Dec. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading worldwide lodging company Choice Hotels International, Inc. CHH today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.185 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on December 27, 2012 to shareholders of record on December 18, 2012.
