Madison Wisconsin New Home Community Event Draws Interested Home Buyers to Mingle With Preferred Home Builders at The Community of Bishops Bay
As an integral part of its new home community introduction and rollout, The Community of Bishops Bay, a 787-acre master planned, new home community in the city of Middleton, Wisconsin, recently hosted a buyer-builder meet-and-greet at the Bishops Bay Country Club. This event followed a successful groundbreaking event on the community's first new home neighborhood, The Back Nine, held in August. As evidenced by the strong attendance at the Preferred Home Builder Event, interest in the diversely planned new home community continues to surge.
'We were pleased with the turnout for the event and the great interaction between the interested new home buyers and our Preferred Home Builder Partners,' said Andy Inman, Vice President of Development for T. Wall Properties, the master developer of the community. 'Interested home buyers were able to mingle with our Preferred Home Builders and discuss available home sites and floor plans one-to-one while enjoying refreshments and a light dinner. They were also able to learn a great deal more about our tremendous neighborhood plan. Everyone had a good time and came away informed and enthusiastic about The Community of Bishops Bay,' Inman added.
The initial new home release at The Community of Bishops Bay features 37 single-family new home sites that overlook the rolling greens of the Country Nine at Bishops Bay Country Club, exclusive Golf Villas--detached homes that come with the benefit of an association to take care of exterior maintenance--and multi-family new home options. Pricing for this array of Madison, Wisconsin new homes ranges from the upper $200s to over $1 million.
In addition to a slew of interested new home buyers, seven of the area's most trusted and respected builders attended the event including: Design Shelters, Encore Construction, Heffron Homes, J. Simon Design Build, Liebl Building & Design, TimberLane Builders, and Michael F. Simon Builders.
The Community of Bishops Bay is located off the northwest shores of Lake Mendota within the City of Middleton and the Town of Westport. Community residents will enjoy easy access to various attractions across Dane County. Madison area major employment centers, the UW-Madison campus and downtown Madison are located less than a 20-minute drive. For those who enjoy the trail more than the roadway, the master-planned community will include over 10-miles of trails that will connect into the nearby regional trail system.
T. Wall Properties is the master developer of the community. The SWA Group and Vierbicher Associates served as the master planner. Speedway Sand and Gravel was awarded the construction contract for the roads and utilities.
