Anelli Xavier is excited to announce the hiring of our newest attorney, Christopher Simser, Esq.. Mr. Simser brings a wealth of criminal litigation experience as well as a new perspective on DWI defense strategies.

Christopher is a graduate of Syracuse University, Yale University, and the Syracuse University College of Law, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Since his admission to the New York Bar, Mr. Simser has dedicated his practice to criminal law, practicing for over seven years in a small criminal litigation boutique firm where he handled trials in federal, county and local courts. Mr. Simser has handled hundreds of DWI cases as both a defense attorney and a prosecutor, as well as conducted numerous jury trials of misdemeanor and felony DWI cases.

Mr. Simser's experience provides him with a unique advantage in defending DWI clients. He is currently the presiding justice of Binghamton Town Court, presiding over many criminal and DWI matters, rounding out his legal experience from prosecutor, to defense attorney, and most recently, to judge.
