NEXON to Invest in MOYASOFT

NEXON Co., Ltd. (“NEXON”) (3659.TO), a worldwide leader in free-to-play online games, today announced that it has made a strategic investment in MOYASOFT Co., Ltd. (“MOYASOFT”), a Korean social game developer. NEXON will acquire a 19.99% stake in MOYASOFT through its subsidiary, NEXON Korea Corporation. Through this investment, NEXON will proactively support MOYASOFT's expansion to international markets and additional platforms. The two companies will also work together to co-develop mobile games that leverage NEXON's existing franchises.

MOYASOFT's flagship title, GodWarz, is a leading social role-playing game in Korea. In September 2011, MOYASOFT released a PC-based version of the game, which is now a top ten title on Cyworld, a leading social game platform in Korea. The smartphone (iOS/Android) version of the game launched in December 2011 in Korea and is one of the top five games in the Korean Apple App Store.
