United Country Achieves Sixth Largest Real Estate Franchise in the US

Up from Eighth in just Two Years

United Country Real Estate® has achieved the rank of sixth largest real estate franchise business in the United States, a jump of two positions since the last survey. This leap has occurred in just two years and during what some have called the most challenging real estate market in modern history.

The ranking is released every other year by REALTOR® Magazine as part of their Comparison of Residential Real Estate Franchises. This report compares number of sales associates and brokers; number of offices; target area; franchise programs; total investment; and other factors. This ranking combines the office count of each company's controlled real estate brands.

Also this year, United Country Real Estate was once again named one of the top military friendly franchises by G.I. Jobs in their recently released 2011 Military Friendly Franchise list. United Country is among only seven percent of all franchise brands, even those outside of Real Estate, nationwide to receive this honor. The list was compiled through extensive research including polls of thousands of franchises nationwide and precisely developed methodology and criteria, which revealed the top franchises for America's veterans.
