New Book: Islam Will Ignite Apocalypse

Biblically based thriller aims to steer unbelievers from Hollywood predictions.

Duluth, GA (PRWEB) July 14, 2011

Amid the public predictions of Harold Camping and the more popular reference to 2012, the idea of an impending apocalypse is gaining ground. But rather than focus on Hollywood conjecture, a new book is attributing the end to Islamic religion.

In The End The Book, author J.L. Robb brings readers a fictional take on how the world might end based on years of archaeological research and biblical study. A thriller and a love story, the book follows atheist Jeff Ross on a seven-year adventure toward belief and the end of days. Touching on relevant issues of climate change, natural disasters, wars throughout the Middle East and hardship in third world countries, Robb concludes that the world will not end December 21, 2012, but that the end is near and will ultimately be ignited by the Islamic religion.

“I have never met a Christian or Jew who has read the Quran,” says Robb. “My book is intended to bring the unbelievers and doubters into the realm of the truth by answering questions and enlightening many, including Christians, Jews and Muslims, about what God really said about the end.”

Like his main character, Robb spent years of his own life as an unbeliever. Through a fascination with the thought of the world's end and his eventual studies of both the Old and New Testament along with the Quran, he has become convinced that the biblical end is near. Similar to the Left Behind series, THE END The Book aims to provide readers access to biblical truth amid the chaos of modern apocalypse predictions.

“Essentially, I hope to offer unbelievers an opportunity to learn about God in a way that is edge-of-your-seat interesting and entertaining, but without the help of Hollywood,” he says. “Every day that goes by makes us one day closer to the end.”
