Atlantic-Pacific Positions for Growth of Global Private Equity Fundraising

Atlantic-Pacific Capital, Inc. (APC), the largest independent global placement agent for alternative investment funds and direct private placements, announced the appointment of Christian H. Voss, former Head of Private Capital Markets for Cantor Fitzgerald in New York and London, as Partner in the Direct Private Placements Group to focus on sourcing, structuring and execution. In this capacity, Mr. Voss will work closely with Founder and Chairman, James Manley.

Christian H. Voss joined Atlantic-Pacific Capital in Greenwich, Connecticut as a Partner to work alongside Founder and Chairman James Manley to head the Direct Private Placements Group. Prior to joining APC, Mr. Voss was Managing Director and Head of Private Capital Markets for Cantor Fitzgerald in New York and London. Mr. Voss has held senior positions within the capital markets for over 20 years and has sourced and structured transactions for issuers globally. Mr. Voss has executed over 200 equity, debt and mezzanine financings with a total value of over $22 billion. Prior to his tenure at Cantor Fitzgerald, Mr. Voss was a Director at Merrill Lynch for eight years in New York and Hong Kong, responsible for the origination and execution of private placements. Mr. Voss has been a leader in private placement financings, focused on capital raisings for small to medium sized enterprises pursuing growth and expansion capital throughout his career. His background is varied and he has extensive buy side relationships in both the United States and Europe. He has been responsible for numerous financings in a variety of sectors including, financial institutions, real estate, technology, transportation and energy. Mr. Voss holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Villlanova University and an MBA with Honors from Fordham University Graduate School of Business.
