COVINGTON, KY, November 17, 2016 - The board of directors of Ashland Global Holdings Inc. ASH has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.39 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable December 15, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2016. As of October 31, 2016, there were 62,174,301 shares of Ashland common stock outstanding.
