Tanger Outlets Daytona Beach to Celebrate November 18th Grand Opening

GREENSBORO, N.C., Nov. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. SKT announced today that Tanger Outlets Daytona Beach will celebrate its Grand Opening on Friday, Nov. 18, starting at 9 a.m. ET when the stores open for business. An official ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by Steven B. Tanger, President and Chief Executive Officer of Tanger Outlets; Drew and Jonathan Scott from the hit show, Property Brothers; as well as state and local officials will take place at 10 a.m.

The new Center will feature more than 80 upscale brand name and designer outlet retailers including: J. Crew Factory Store, Banana Republic Factory Store, American Eagle Outfitters, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Gap Factory Store, H&M, LOFT Outlet and many more. The new Center has already created 400 jobs during its construction phase.

As part of the Grand Opening celebrations, Tanger will offer shoppers a chance to meet real estate experts Drew and Jonathan Scott on Friday, Nov. 18, from noon to 2 p.m. during an exclusive design presentation where the brothers will share design-on-a-budget advice. The Scott brothers have invested nearly 15 years in the real estate industry and have a knack for finding down-and-out fixer-uppers and turning them into perfect properties for clients on their shows.

In addition to special savings and fashionable giveaways, the Frosted Fun Zone will invite families to take part in the holiday themed activities, entertainment and more. The Tanger Family Festival will run throughout the weekend.

On Saturday, Nov. 19 at 6 p.m., Tanger Outlets Daytona Beach will host a Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony, featuring Jacob Whitesides, social media sensation, teen music star and "2016 Artist to Watch" according to MTV, Spotify, and Pandora. The Ceremony will be followed by a Holiday Fireworks Spectacular show at 9 p.m.

Shoppers spending $125 or more at Tanger Outlets Daytona Beach during grand opening weekend will also receive a free gift from Vera Bradley, while supplies last. Additionally, all shoppers are encouraged to visit the Tanger Instagram Lounge to enter to win other giveaway items.

The new fashion destination will be located Off I-95 at Exit 265 LPGA Boulevard.
