RCI Announces Grand Opening of Hoops Cabaret and Sports Bar

RICK announced the "soft opening" of Hoops Cabaret and Sports Bar this Friday (September 30, 2016), starting at 4 PM, with the Grand Opening Celebration to be held next week, Thursday-Sunday (October 6-9, 2016).
