Protiviti Recognized as a 2016 'Best Firm to Work For' by Consulting Magazine

MENLO PARK, Calif., Sept. 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Protiviti, a global consulting firm, has been named one of the 2016 Best Firms to Work For by Consulting magazine for the third consecutive year. The award recognizes consulting firms that rank highly across several categories, including client engagement, firm culture, career development, work/life balance, firm leadership, and compensation and benefits. The accolade is based on the publication's global survey, which drew detailed employee insights from 10,000 consultants. Of the 300 consulting firms whose employees participated in the survey, only 15 were included on the list.

"At Protiviti, we are hyper-focused on building a firm-wide culture of collaboration and inclusiveness that empowers our employees. These behaviors influence the work we do every day, as we continue to help our clients face the future with confidence," said Joseph Tarantino, president and CEO of Protiviti. "We're thrilled to be included again on Consulting magazine's 'Best Firms to Work For' list, as it reaffirms our commitment to bettering ourselves for the community, our employees and our client partners."

Protiviti invests in its people by offering multiple unique professional development programs, mentoring, sabbaticals and incentive compensation. The organization's commitment to a strong employee culture also extends beyond the office with programs to support local communities, such as i on Hunger, a company-wide campaign that has provided more than three million meals to people in need across the globe since the fourth quarter of 2014.

"The recognition by Consulting magazine acknowledges Protiviti's strong commitment to provide exceptional experiences for our people and our clients," said Scott Redfearn, executive vice president of global human resources at Protiviti. "To be included on this prestigious list of consulting firms for the third year is truly an honor."

In addition to this year's Consulting magazine workplace award, Protiviti has also been named one of the Fortune 2016 100 Best Companies to Work For and 2016 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials. On September 8, Protiviti also received the Excellence in Social & Community Investment Award from Consulting magazine for the firm's Chicago CommUnity Scholarship program.
