Monsanto Company MON announced it will hold a webcast in conjunction with its eighth Whistle Stop tour investor event scheduled for Wednesday, August 17 and Thursday, August 18 in St. Louis, Mo. During the webcast, company executives will discuss Monsanto's financial targets, drivers of innovation, research and development pipeline and other matters related to the company's business.

  • A webcast beginning at 12 p.m. C.T., Aug. 17 will offer remarks from the following Monsanto executives: Hugh Grant, chairman and chief executive officer and Brett Begemann, president and chief operating officer.
  • A webcast beginning at 7:00 a.m., C.T., Aug. 18 will offer remarks from Robb Fraley, Ph.D., executive vice president and chief technology officer.

Following the live broadcast, a replay of the webcast will be available on the Monsanto website for three weeks.
