Andy Konchan joins MB Financial Bank as its new Chief Information Officer. As the Chicago-based financial institution continues to invest in business areas that will drive increased growth, Konchan will be instrumental in ensuring MB delivers the best practice technology solutions and a superior customer experience for its internal and external clients. In his role, he will lead Client Services, Development, Application Management, IT Infrastructure and Operations, as well as Business Controls and Reporting.

Andy earned his B.A. from Northwestern University and M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. Konchan is also the current Chairman of the Advisory Board of Tutoring Chicago, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping underprivileged children in Chicago succeed in grade school.
