Summer Infant Announces Passing of Board Member Richard Wenz

WOONSOCKET, R.I., June 30, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Summer Infant, Inc. ("Summer Infant" or the "Company") SUMR, a global leader in premium infant and juvenile products, today announced that board member Richard Wenz died earlier this week after a brief, unexpected illness. Mr. Wenz, age 66, had been a member of Summer Infant's board since 2007 and, most recently, was the Company's Lead Independent Director.
