PHILADELPHIA, June 23, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Aberdeen Singapore Fund, Inc. (the "Fund") SGF held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Meeting") on June 22, 2016.  At the Meeting, shareholders of the Fund voted to re-elect two Class I Directors to the Board of Directors. 

As of the record date, April 29, 2016, there were 7,622,858 outstanding shares of the Fund.  77.18% of the outstanding shares were voted at the Meeting representing a quorum.
