Hershey Declares Quarterly Dividends

The Board of Directors of The Hershey Company HSY today announced quarterly dividends of $0.583 on the Common Stock and $0.53 on the Class B Common Stock. The dividends are payable June 15, 2016, to stockholders of record May 25, 2016. It is the 346^th consecutive regular dividend on the Common Stock and the 127^th consecutive regular dividend on the Class B Common Stock.
