Ashland announces price increase for unsaturated polyester resins, epoxy vinyl esters and gelcoats in North America

Ashland Performance Materials, a business unit of Ashland Inc. ASH, is increasing the price of unsaturated polyester resins, epoxy vinyl esters and gelcoats sold in North America by $0.04 per pound effective April 15, 2016, or as contracts allow.

This increase is primarily driven by the continued escalation in costs for key raw materials driven by rising feedstocks. Responding to changing market conditions allows Ashland to continue to provide industry-leading support and innovative products that add value for customers.
