Cellcom Israel Announces Israeli Antitrust Considers Opposing Golan Telecom's Purchase

Cellcom Israel Ltd. CEL CEL (hereinafter: the "Company") announced today that the Israeli Antitrust commissioner informed the Company it is considering opposing the current layout of the proposed purchase of Golan Telecom by the Company and therefore summons the Company to a hearing, in order to convey its concerns to the Company and allow the Company to propose solutions to such concerns, before making a decision.
