Kratos Receives $11.2 Million Task Order Award to Support U.S. Government Satellite Communications

SAN DIEGO, March 08, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. KTOS, a leading National Security Solutions provider, announced today that its RT Logic subsidiary has received a new task order valued at $11.2 million for satellite and communication system products, hardware and equipment from an unnamed U.S. government agency. This is the third task order against a $49 million firm fixed price, IDIQ, single contract award to the company announced last year. The first two delivery orders made to Kratos under the contract in 2015 totaled more than $8 million.  Due to customer related and other considerations, no additional information will be provided related to this contract award.
