JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Jan. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Data & Analytics division of Black Knight Financial Services, Inc. BKFS announced the appointment of Julian Grey as its mortgage market leader. In this role, Grey will lead the division's strategy to help clients leverage Black Knight solutions across the entire mortgage and home equity loan lifecycle – from origination to servicing and default.

Grey is a seasoned product management professional with a proven track record of innovation in data and predictive analytics solutions. In her most recent position, Grey held responsibilities for general management, profit and loss (P&L), and strategic direction of the capital markets segment at a national data and analytics provider. Her expertise includes developing solutions that measure risk and valuation, as well as identifying and launching products that will add value to industry participants. As part of her responsibilities, Julian will support innovation and the enhancement of mortgage and home price analytics solutions such as the Black Knight HPI. As one of the most complete and accurate measures of home prices available, the Black Knight HPI provides essential micro-level valuation data by covering nearly 90 percent of U.S. residential properties at the ZIP-code level.

"Julian's unique skill set, which combines product management, analytics, and market and data expertise with the insight and ability to engage deeply with clients, will be a valuable asset as we help clients identify solutions to increase profitability, reduce risk and gain greater portfolio insight," said Ben Graboske, senior vice president of Black Knight's Data & Analytics division.

Grey has played an integral part in enhancing and developing solutions that have been used across the industry in government, mortgage and capital markets. She was also named as one of HousingWire magazine's 2015 Women of Influence.

"Joining Black Knight Data & Analytics offers me a tremendous opportunity to help lenders and servicers make more informed decisions and address business challenges by leveraging our division's massive data and insightful analytics, combined with our company's comprehensive and integrated technology and distribution channels," Grey said.
