Brad Embree Named to Virginia Legal Elite

Embree, corporate counsel for PRA Group, was recognized on the Legal Elite Corporate Counsel List. His specialties include corporate law, commercial transactions, government contracts, mergers and acquisitions, business development, intellectual property and software license agreements. Prior to joining PRA in 2012, Embree was an attorney with Vandeventer Black LLP. He earned a J. D. degree from Tulane University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.
