Targetbase was among the select companies that Forrester invited to participate in its November 9, 2015, evaluation, The Forrester Wave™: Customer Insights Services Providers, Q4 2015. In this evaluation, Targetbase received among the highest scores in the "technology services" category in the Customer Engagement Strategy segment. Targetbase was one of only two agencies to score a 5.0 in that category.
