Perry Ellis International Announces Licensing Agreements for Tailored Clothing and Neckwear for Original Penguin in Europe

MIAMI, Nov. 10, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Perry Ellis International, Inc. ("PEI") PERY announced today that it has entered into two new license agreements with Black Label Clothing, an affiliate of Dayang Group China, to design, manufacture and market men's tailored clothing including suits, jackets, trousers, waistcoats, formal shirts, formal coats as well as neckties under the Original Penguin® brand in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Continental Europe.

The Original Penguin brand is a culturally iconic lifestyle brand that represents a mix of American Sportswear and contemporary fashion appealing to a style-savvy consumer that appreciates the brand's heritage, while staying culturally relevant in the global markets.
