Sarah Willett recently joined MB Financial Bank as SVP, National Healthcare Finance Group. She will be responsible for growing MB's healthcare banking practice across the U.S. Ms. Willett brings more than 20 years of healthcare banking experience, having closed transactions in excess of $10 billion. Her expertise includes working with a variety of healthcare providers, as well as hospitals, distributors and businesses including those in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, managed care and healthcare I/T. She has experience structuring and leading deals in support of acquisitions, recapitalizations and various growth opportunities. She has also worked company-side on strategic and business development initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Willett has a B.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She is a Series 79 licensed representative.
