The company will also host its third-quarter 2015 conference call and webcast beginning at 9:00 a.m. ET (6:00 a.m. PT).

The R&D Day will be held in Irvine, California and hosted by members of Allergan's executive leadership team. Allergan will provide an overview of the Company's pipeline, including key late-stage development programs. A question-and-answer session will follow the formal presentations.
