Harris Corporation Increases Quarterly Dividend Six Percent to 50 Cents Per Share

MELBOURNE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

The Board of Directors of Harris Corporation HRS has increased the quarterly cash dividend by six percent from 47 cents per share to 50 cents per share and declared a quarterly cash dividend of 50 cents per share, payable September 24, 2015 to shareholders of record September 11, 2015. The annualized cash dividend correspondingly increases from $1.88 per share to $2.00 per share. This action represents the company's 14th consecutive annual dividend increase.
