Carlisle Companies Announces 20% Increase in Dividend and the 39th Consecutive Year of Dividend Increases

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

The Board of Directors of Carlisle Companies Incorporated CSL has declared a 20% increase in the Company's regular quarterly dividend, to $0.30 per share from $0.25 per share. The dividend is payable on September 1, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 18, 2015. This marks the 39th consecutive year of dividend increases for Carlisle shareholders.

Carlisle's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer David A. Roberts commented, "We take great pride in again raising our dividend and in continuing Carlisle's long history of rewarding Carlisle shareholders."
