CounterTack announced it had acquired ManTech Cyber Solutions International (MCSI), a commercial software division of ManTech International Corporation MANT just a few weeks ago, enhancing the company's leadership position in the EDR market. ManTech became an equity investor in CounterTack, as well as a global distribution partner.
