WGL Holdings, Inc. WGL declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.4625 per share of common stock. The quarterly dividend is payable August 1, 2015, to shareholders of record as of July 10, 2015.

Washington Gas Light Company, a utility subsidiary of WGL Holdings, declared regular dividends on all classes of its preferred stock as follows:
