PG&E Corporation PCG on Tuesday declared its second-quarter 2015 regular cash dividend of 45.5 cents per share on the Corporation's common stock. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2015, to shareholders of record on June 30, 2015.
In addition, PG&E Corporation's utility subsidiary, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, today declared the regular preferred stock dividend for the three-month period ending July 31, 2015, to be payable on August 15, 2015, to shareholders of record on July 31, 2015.
Pacific Gas and Electric Company will pay dividends on its eight series of preferred stock as follows:
