Allergan (AGN) gains on Kythera deal

Allergan PLC AGN shares improved 0.7% to $299.98, after the company announced its plans to buy Kythera Biopharma for $2.1 billion in cash & stock. Share volume was 34,000, compared to an all-day average of 544,000
