Benefitfocus Launches Year-Round Customer Community with One Place 365 and Event Series

The new resource went live with the company's summer software release and establishes an online environment that streamlines two-way communication, enhances transparency and fosters community-driven solutions.

One Place 365 is part of a comprehensive engagement initiative aimed at energizing Benefitfocus' expansive network of benefits management and software solution professionals to provide a powerful community of knowledge and experience.

The customer communication resource provides Benefitfocus customers with a secure, streamlined channel to align and manage account information, share documents, connect with support teams, and access new software updates and videos. It has an interactive dashboard that simplifies project tracking and reporting with at-a-glance visibility into active projects, cases, weekly tasks and the ability to manage details such as project status, milestones and support team members. Built on the Salesforce.com platform, One Place 365 works across multiple devices to maximize convenience.
