The ADT Corporation ADT, a leading provider of security and automation solutions for homes and businesses, today announced that the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida (the "Court") granted the motions made by ADT and the other defendants to dismiss the consolidated complaint in the securities class action captioned Phillip Henningsen v. "We are very pleased with the court's decision," said David Bleisch, Chief Legal Officer of ADT. Plaintiffs were granted leave by the Court to file an amended complaint on or before July 1, 2015, failing which the action may be dismissed with prejudice.
