Walker & Dunlop Announces New FHA Originator in Denver, Colorado

BETHESDA, Md., June 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Walker & Dunlop, Inc. WD announced today that it has hired Anthea Martin to join its FHA Finance group.  Ms. Martin, vice president, will specialize in loan originations for both market rate and affordable multifamily properties, with a primary emphasis on FHA-insured mortgages in the Western United States.

With over 16 years of commercial real estate experience, Ms. Martin has been responsible for structuring, underwriting and closing more than 70 transactions with over $500 million in total volume.  Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Martin served as vice president and senior MAP underwriter at CBRE.  Before CBRE, Ms. Martin was a principal consultant with 5280 RE Solutions where she prepared narrative summaries, credit risk assessments and market analysis for affordable housing transactions as well as organized grant submissions for the HUD Green Retrofit Program.
