Gilford Securities Maintains Rent-A-Center Rating

Same-store sales for Rent-A-Center, Inc. RCII increased 0.3% against an easy decline of 6.1%, Gilford Securities reports. RCII shares quickly priced in a new plan to enhance growth. “2010 revenue is slightly higher to $2,736m from $2,735m and EPS to $2.80 from $2.75,” Gilford Securities writes. “For 2011, international store growth takes center stage and financial services will be gone. Our 2011 revenue increases to $2,832m from $2,761 and EPS to $3.02 from $2.85.” Gilford Securities said that it maintains its Hold rating. Rent-A-Center currently trades at $24.98.
