LivePerson (LPSN) leaps on possible Nice deal

shares rose 14.3% to $10.22 on a report from Calcalist that it is in talks with Nice-Systems Ltd (to be acquired for $600 million to $650 million). Share volume was 610,000, compared to an all-day average of 134,000
