PREIT Launches Leasing Initiative Aimed at Connecting Franchisors with Franchisees

PHILADELPHIA, May 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- PREIT PEI today announced the roll out of PREIT & Meet, a web-based communication tool that allows potential franchisors and franchisees to connect regarding opportunities at PREIT malls.

Beginning today, PREIT will offer franchisors the opportunity to advertise their brand's franchising opportunities at PREIT properties on our mall websites, with PREIT working with the franchisor and the potential franchisee to help streamline the search process. Contact information for potential franchisees will be collected and sent to the franchisor, who can then make direct contact with candidates.
