Regency Centers Releases Green Bond Use of Proceeds & Management Report

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Regency Centers Corporation ("Regency"), a national owner, operator, and developer of grocery-anchored shopping centers, has released its Use of Proceeds and Management Report, which details the use of net proceeds from its Green Bond issuance on May 16, 2014. Net proceeds from the sale totaled approximately $247 million and have been used to fund Eligible Green Projects, as defined in the prospectus supplement, including seven LEED Certified centers and two in-process developments seeking LEED Certification.

  • Northgate Marketplace – Medford, OR
  • Persimmon Place – Dublin, CA
  • Roscoe Square – Chicago, IL
  • Village at La Floresta – Brea, CA
