Tribune Publishing Company TPUB today announced that its 2015 annual meeting of stockholders will be held at 9:30 a.m. PT on May 27, 2015, at the Omni Los Angeles Hotel, 251 South Olive St., Los Angeles, Calif., 90012.

For the convenience of Tribune Publishing's stockholders, the annual meeting will be available via a live, audio-only webcast on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website. The record date for determination of stockholders entitled to vote at the annual meeting will be the close of business on March 31, 2015.
